Construction: • Polychloroprene impregnated high modulus fabric. • Specially designed high modulus cushion compound. • Extra high tensile polyester cord (available in aramid cord also). • Specially designed high modulus compression rubber. Temperature Range: -18°C to 90°C for regular belts -25°C to 100°C for special requirement belts Reference Standards: ASAE 211.4, BS 3790, DIN 2215, RMA IP 22, ISO 4184, IS 2494, ISO 5289, IS 11038, ISO 3410 Features: • SHINE Harvester belts are specially designed for reverse idler application which is very common in harvester machines. • Belt is having high longitudinal flexibility suitable for small pulley / reverse idler drives. • No bottom cracking / chipping, as belt design is application specific. • Belt is specially designed to resist loads during application. • Antistatic & oil resistant. • High temperature resistant than the regular belt. • Lateral rigidity along the sides of the belt prevents belt deformation. • Significant performance under variable speed conditions. • Higher power transmission capacity: 25 to 30 % for Classical, Wedge & Narrow sections, 40 to 50 % for variable speed sections. • Low stretch due to high tensile strength cord, even under heavy loads.
